Susannah Darrow, CFRE
CEO + Founding Partner
Susannah has worked with mission-based organizations across the Southeast for over 15 years to support organizational strategy, program development, and fundraising for nonprofit and for-profit companies across sectors. Before launching her consulting agency, she spent over a decade serving as Executive Director for two arts organizations based in Atlanta.
Susannah leads Purpose Possible’s Organizational Strategy work and also works alongside Purpose Possible’s community partners on governmental and municipal planning projects. She has managed initiatives for municipalities across Metro Atlanta, including the City of Atlanta, Gwinnett County, City of Norcross, City of Alpharetta, Cobb County, and others.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Chair-Elect), Grant Park Conservancy, The Giving Institute, and the University of Georgia Lamar Dodd School of Art Advisory Board..
Laura Moody
CMO + Founding Partner
Laura's experience at the intersection of purpose and people has placed her at the forefront of mission-focused communication and community engagement strategies. Before co-founding Purpose Possible, she held Development and Community Engagement positions with the Midtown Alliance, Savannah College of Art & Design, and the City of Atlanta’s Office of Cultural Affairs.
Laura’s recent clients include Atlanta Beltline, Inc., Georgia Grantmakers Alliance, Truist Foundation, Heimerdinger Foundation, City of Clarkston, DeKalb County, Friends of Mahima, and Open Doors Atlanta. She also leads the firm’s Government Affairs Task Force, publishing the Government Affairs Digest.
Laura has served as Communications Co-Chair for the Board of Directors of the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta since 2023, is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership, and was inducted into Outstanding Atlanta in 2015.
Starsha Valentine,

Starsha is a social impact executive, consultant, and coach who helps leaders reimagine power, purpose, and possibility in their organizations. With nearly two decades of experience guiding nonprofits and advocacy organizations through strategy, resource mobilization, and cultural transformation, she brings both a visionary perspective and a deep commitment to equity-centered leadership.
Her work is grounded in the belief that leaders can create new worlds by questioning the prevailing narratives and finding new paths forward. Through her leadership, research, writing, and coaching, she creates reflective spaces for changemakers to explore who they are becoming as they lead.
