As Chief Culture Officer at Purpose Possible, Starsha co-leads a team of over 50 consultants supporting more than 100 civic and advocacy organizations nationwide. She has designed firm-wide frameworks and advised dozens of executives on values-based strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational design. In her role, she aims to support the Purpose Possible team in living by the company's values through collaboration and driving client impact.
Starsha serves on the boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (IDEA VP) and District Bridges, and is an active member of the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development and the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund’s Black Leaders Caucus. Her writing on leadership and social change appears on LinkedIn and across nonprofit networks..
