Caitlin is a strategic fundraising leader and project manager with more than 14 years of experience advancing donor engagement, revenue strategy, and system optimization in nonprofits and higher education. She has served in many fundraising roles, including Development Director, where she managed multimillion dollar revenue streams, led high impact campaigns, oversaw a full CRM migration and build, and guided her team to its first million dollar gala event. She is known for designing effective fundraising systems, managing complex multi year grant programs, and leading organizations through operational change with clarity and collaboration.
Caitlin is a farmer florist, running a backyard flower farm with a deep passion for local agriculture and conservation. When she’s not consulting or solo-preneuring, she can be found competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or at home with her teenage son, blind cat, and farm dog.
