Yes. Because these are short-term, sprint-style sessions, they are not intended to replace full-scale project execution or long-term retainers. Micro-consulting does not include:
Writing or drafting documents (ex: writing grant proposals, drafting strategic plans, or drafting policies).
Extended work, research, or execution by the consultant after the meeting ends.
Direct outreach, fundraising solicitations, or introductions on behalf of your organization.
Implementation of structures, tools, or operational systems.
Facilitate, attend, or mediate board or team meetings.
