Susannah Darrow
Chief Executive Officer & Founding Partner, Purpose Possible
Susannah has worked with mission-based organizations across the Southeast for over 15 years to support organizational strategy, program development, and fundraising for nonprofit and for-profit companies across sectors. Prior to launching her own consulting agency in 2017 (now known as Purpose Possible), she spent over a decade serving as Executive Director for two arts organizations based in Atlanta.
She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and on the Boards of the Grant Park Conservancy, The Giving Institute, and the University of Georgia Lamar Dodd School of Art.
Susannah lives in Grant Park with her two daughters, husband, and many, many books!
Laura Hennighausen
Director of Strategic Philanthropy, Purpose Possible
Laura Hennighausen is dedicated to improving communities through empowering organizations to work their missions. Her specialties include philanthropic strategy, board management, nonprofit governance, grant writing, and individual giving. Her work as Director of Strategic Philanthropy focuses on working with corporate, private, individual, and intermediary funders to establish and evaluate equitable and effective charitable practices. In keeping up with current philanthropic trends and leading practices, she produces a monthly round up of third sector news called Dispatches from the Philanthrosphere on the Purpose Possible website.
Laura chairs the boards of MODA and Soul Food Cypher.Prior to joining Purpose Possible in 2020, Laura worked for several nonprofit organizations focusing on public space, historic preservation, and visual art. With a cat and two dogs, Laura is the proud caretaker of a 119-year-old home in Grant Park. In her free time she enjoys weaving.
Megan Denton
Director of Development, Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center
Megan Denton leads individual giving, donor engagement, annual fundraising, and capital campaign efforts. She has more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and communications, most recently completing a $10.5 million capital campaign in two years. Megan is especially passionate about helping donors experience the joy of generosity and see how their giving can become part of something larger than themselves.. Before joining Ignatius House, Megan held development positions at L’Arche Atlanta and Wellroot Family Services. Her approach to fundraising centers on understanding what matters most to donors, telling honest and compelling stories, and creating invitations that help people see their own place in advancing a mission they care about.
Jaz’ Vick
Managing Director of Development, OneGoal in Georgia
Jaz’ Vick is a purpose-driven nonprofit leader with more than a decade of organizational leadership experience across youth development, faith-based organizations, and community-centered work. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Development for OneGoal in Georgia and has held roles with Scouting America and Boys & Girls Clubs, where his work has included developing and growing strategic partnerships through special events, individual giving, major gifts, community engagement, and leading overall strategic growth initiatives.
With his background as a nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, and Pastor, Jaz’ brings a relational, mission-driven approach to leadership rooted in connection, collaboration, and community impact. He holds degrees from Georgia State University and Mercer University and is passionate about driving meaningful support, strengthening relationships, and advancing work that creates lasting change.
Tim Bresnahan
Vice President of Advancement and Philanthropic Services, Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta
Tim leads the Community Foundation’s strategic work to inspire philanthropy within and throughout the Atlanta region and ensures the donors to the Foundation receive exceptional stewardship and advice.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation in February 2024, Tim spent seven years at The Chicago Community Trust, where he led new fund development and gift planning. Tim also served as the Associate Director of Philanthropic Advisory Services for Northern Trust, a global wealth management firm. While at Northern Trust, Tim advised individuals and families on philanthropy and wealth planning, and managed the Northern Trust Charitable Giving Program. Tim is a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Advancement Network, and is a past President of the Board of Directors for Rivendell Theatre Ensemble.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University and a JD degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Tech.
