Event Strategy & Production

  • Strategic Event Design: Aligning event concepts with your long-term development and communications goals, ensuring the impact lasts well beyond the "one-day" event.

  • Full-Scale Production Management: Vendor solicitation and vetting, contract negotiation, and management of A/V, rentals, F&B, and creative experiential elements (videos, speakers, awards).

  • Brand & Theme Assets: Leveraging talented in-house graphic designers and brand experts to help develop themes, logos, and collateral for your events.

  • Technical Direction & On-Site Execution: Managing the "run-of-show," stage direction, lighting, music, and day-of troubleshooting.

Audience Logistics & Engagement

    • Invitations & List Management: Segmentation of mailing lists, invitation/collateral design, key event messaging, ticket sales platform selection recommendations/management, and ticket holder & donor communications.

    • Volunteer & Committee Management: Organizing and overseeing volunteer teams, steering committees, and board-led solicitation efforts.

    • Logistics & Permitting: Navigating local city rules, permitting, and the hiring of required personnel (Police, EMS) for outdoor or large-scale public events.
