Georgia arts advocates mobilize in response to multiple budget blows
Georgia arts advocates are sounding the alarm for the state's arts organizations, most of which are scrambling to fill funding gaps. Among them is Laura Hennighausen, director of strategic philanthropy for Purpose Possible and part-time project manager for Arts Capital, a coalition of arts organizations focused on arts funding issues. “Solutions need to come fast or many of these organizations could cease to exist,” stated Hennighausen.
