Nonprofit Professionals of Atlanta (NPA) is a volunteer-led, professionally powered network designed to connect nonprofit professionals across Greater Atlanta.
Metro Atlanta is home to a vibrant community of over 300,000 mission-driven jobs, yet its nonprofit landscape has long been decentralized. Without a dedicated, unified professional network, individual leaders often work in silos.
NPA bridges this gap by serving as a connector, convener, and centralized information hub. We bring together the diverse talent driving our city's impact to share resources, spark cross-sector collaboration, and build deep, lasting relationships.
Strategic Networking
Curated events with structured activities and guided conversations to help professionals meet, learn from one another, and build deep, lasting relationships.
Ecosystem Collaboration
NPA is designed to complement, not compete with, Atlanta’s existing nonprofit-serving associations and affinity groups. By acting as a centralized convener and amplifier, we encourage cross-promotion and collaboration across the professional community.
Digital Resource Hub
Access to a dedicated calendar of activities, webinars, and professional development hosted by NPA, Purpose Possible, and trusted resource partners.
Peer Support
We champion the people behind the mission-driven work. By bringing together fundraising, marketing, operations, programming, and executive leadership under one virtual and physical roof, members gain cross-sector insights, shared access to resources, and a resilient peer network at every stage of their career.
